Meet Carolina

Carolina Espinosa

Since childhood I was fascinated by numbers. I still am.
Going to the bank with my mum was very exciting, I used to love playing monopoly and filling up deposit slips with big numbers. I guess I started dreaming big from an early age while discovering my path.
My first corporate job was in a bank in my late teens. I then joined Ernst & Young to work in auditing. I moved to Australia in 2008 and soon after I finished my Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) program. I also discovered my passion for property investing.
I left the life of a CPA to start doing more of what I really love: helping people get finance to achieve their property dreams and have a loving and healthy relationship with money to live at their fullest.

Prior to establishing FINZEN

18 years in corporate finance

My first corporate job was in a bank in my late teens. I then joined Ernst & Young to work in auditing before moving to Australia in 2008. Soon after I finished my Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) program.

Over 18 years, I held various leadership roles for private and public sector companies, and I spent 6 years working in real estate and overseas lending. With an emerging interest in property investing, I left the life of a CPA to start doing more of what I really love. Now I get to do it every day: help people get finance to achieve their property dreams and help them have a loving and healthy relationship with money to live life at their fullest.

The culmination of experience

The corporate world gave me valuable opportunities and lessons, but it also taught me the importance of slowing down and being brave enough to do what I really love.

At Finzen, I bring together my practical financial expertise with my personal experience as an active property investor. Therefore, I am well aware of the importance of selecting the right property, and also selecting the right finance. Just the same way I will work with you, I see money as a good friend to respect and celebrate.
