Mortgage Broking

Our proven process aims to provide you with a stress-free home loan application experience.

Who we can help

One of the most common questions I'm asked is "Can I get a loan?"

The good news is, most often the answer is "Yes, you can!"

Whether you are a PAYG employee or self-employed (sole trader, company, partnership or trust), we have seen it all before. We even specialise in helping non-residents purchase property.

The most important thing is understanding your circumstances so that I can anticipate what the lenders will need and help collate the information.

How we can help

  • Home Loan
  • Investment Property Loan
  • Refinance
  • Accessing Equity of your property
  • Debt Consolidation

Our Lenders

The Process

Step 1.

Discovery Call

30 Minutes

This is where you share your financial needs and goals, and we will identify any roadblock that may be holding you back. After this call you will know:

  • What you could realistically can afford
  • How much savings you need
  • How much your monthly repayments could be
  • What documents are required

If you are financially ready ... AMAZING! We are ready to get you those keys!

If you are not financially ready, don’t worry. We will present you with options to get you there. Where there's a will, there's a way!

Start Today

Step 2.

Documents Required & Home Loan Options

2 – 3 Days

We let you know what documents are required and we validate what you provide us. We will then search through hundreds of home loans to find the most suitable fit.

We will test the numbers to ensure the rates, lender fees and features meet your unique needs and provide you with 3-4 home loan options. We'll also make a recommendation that best meets your financial needs and goals.

After the initial excitement of buying a property, you want to feel confident about the type of loan you have. You want to avoid stress and financial hardship, which is why YOU will always be in the driver’s seat. We empower you with education and information to choose your lender, product and features with confidence.

Step 3.

Pre-approval/Conditional Approval

2 – 10 Days

We will submit your home loan to your preferred lender. After verification of your information and a credit check, the lender will provide pre-approval. Whether you are hunting for a property or you've found one, we will keep you - as well as your solicitor, real estate and tax agent - informed along the way.

With pre-approval, you'll have a clear idea of what you could realistically afford and can start looking for your property with peace of mind. It also puts you in a strong position when you make an offer on a house or purchase a property at auction, as it shows the seller and real estate agent that you’re a serious buyer.

You need to engage a solicitor or conveyancer prior to signing any contract of sale. A contract of sale is easy to get into, but, hard to get out of. That’s why it is important to get legal advice before you sign a contract of sale. You usually sign a contract ‘subject to finance’ when you make an offer, so after that, you can apply for unconditional approval.

We strongly recommend seeking advice from your tax agent or buyer’s agent if required.

Step 4.

Formal approval/Unconditional approval

5 – 8 Days

Once you've found your property, you will provide us with a copy of the signed contract of sale. We will then organise the valuation of your property at no cost. Once the lender is happy with the valuation of your property, they will give you an unconditional approval (also known as full loan approval). If the valuation comes lower than the contract of sale, don’t worry. We will seek more options ... we are solution-oriented!

Step 5.

Loan documents & settlement

5 – 15 Days

Once your home loan has been unconditionally approved, the bank will send your contract documents to you and you’ll need to read, sign and return them. You can sign most of your contract documents online anytime.

Your conveyancer will provide a settlement statement outlining final funds required and will work directly with the lender to complete the settlement. At this stage it is very important to communicate with your solicitor, or conveyancer.
